Meet Brian Dultmeier, Owner of Roofs by Brian
Brian Dultmeier has worked in the construction industry from an early age. His dad, who has been a respected home builder in Topeka, KS for many years, introduced Brian to the business early on. Growing up on job sites, Brian learned every aspect of home building process. Working every job from framing, siding, roofing, among many others, Brian gained invaluable hands-on experience.
Throughout high school and college, Brian continued to work alongside his dad. Developing his skills and learning every aspect of the trade, he eventually started running his own roofing crew. In 1995 Brian graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science and Management. After college, Brian became a partner in his father's business, further solidifying his expertise and reputation in the industry.
Eventually, Brian ventured out on his own, establishing a successful business specializing in roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and garage doors. His team has also completed many successful remodeling projects that include adding additions to existing homes such as porches or new rooms. Being both a licensed and insured contractor and roofer, no job is too big or too small. His company serves Topeka and the surrounding areas including Manhattan, Lyndon, Onaga, Oskaloosa, Auburn, Lawrence, Silver Lake, and Holton. Known for his dedication and meticulous attention to detail, Brian takes great pride in his work, ensuring every job is done right.
Brian resides in Silver Lake, KS with his wife. They have two grown sons who, like Brian, spent their childhoods working alongside their dad and grandpa. This tradition of working together has made it a true multi-generational legacy. When not on the job Brian enjoys volunteering in the community and is involved in various youth and high school programs. Brian and his family are also involved in many church activities and have enjoyed participating in several mission trips.
